Working with you to gain an understanding of your unique aspirations is how I like to begin every coaching relationship. We will go through a process of understanding where you are in terms of revenue, profitability, cash-flow, meeting rhythm, “paperwork” flow, tracking of the customer from first contact through collection of the last dollar and uncover the areas where you would like to see improvement. By using an extensive menu of tools, you and your team will progress towards the achievement of your goals.
My Experience
I’ve owned, operated, and sold multiple businesses since 1994. As a certified business coach (with ICF, CEC and Best Year Yet), team coach, group facilitator, and business owner, I know all about the highs that come with scaling to 6-figure months and hundreds of 5-star reviews, to the lows of employee challenges, demanding customers and all the crazy in between. I started a property damage restoration business in 2005 as a franchisee of a national system, went independent, and sold the business in 2017. In 2012, I started another insurance-related service business and sold it in 2021.
Personal Interests
When I’m not keeping busy with my work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children. We live in Berwyn, PA. I also study music theory and jazz guitar as much as I can. I grew up in Allentown, PA and moved to the Philadelphia area in 1986 to attend Drexel University.
