Scott Miller is the Founder of The Growth League. He started in the restoration industry in 2005 as a franchisee, went independent in 2013, and grew and eventually sold that business for seven figures in 2017. Since 2008, he's coached independent and franchise restoration business owners — from single-location operations to large, multi-office, eight-figure organizations — on profitability, delegation, and building a sellable business. He holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is currently working toward his Master Certified Coach (MCC), and is also certified through the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC) and Best Year Yet.
