A few years ago, my one-on-one coaching clients kept asking me for help with their sales reps, and that’s when the Restoration Sales Academy (RSA for short) was born. At first, I thought, “Sure, I can help them train their reps,” but what started as a simple request turned into a program that’s been way more powerful than I ever imagined.
Here’s why my clients were asking for help:
- Struggling with Sales Rep Management: They’d hired sales reps in the past but didn’t know how to—or simply didn’t have the time to—train them properly. The reps weren’t being held accountable, and there was no process in place to review the notes they were (or weren’t) putting into the CRM. - Tired of Being Beholden to “The Algorithm”: Many of my clients felt like they were playing a never-ending guessing game with Google. Should they spend more on SEO? Keep pouring money into PPC and LSA? Sure, those things matter, but they didn’t want to rely solely on Google for leads.
- Avoiding Over-Reliance on TPA Programs: Don’t get me wrong—I’m not against Third Party Administrator (TPA) programs. They can be great, but being dependent on any one source of business is risky. I’m all about diversification, and my clients needed a way to build relationships and generate referrals outside of TPAs and Google.
